SALT LAKE MASONIC TEMPLE TO TAKE COLLECTIONS FOR HURRICANE EVACUEES HOUSED IN UTAH
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH September 6, 2005 — The Utah Masonic Family, in conjunction with Calvary Baptist Church in Salt Lake City, will be taking collections to aid Hurricane Evacuees housed in Utah. Starting Tuesday September 6th, through Friday September 16th, the Salt Lake Masonic Temple will act as a collection point for donations of food, clothing, shoes, socks, underwear, blankets, writing materials, school supplies, and any other essential items for our friends who are in such desperate need as a result of Hurricane Katrina.
Between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday donations will be received at Salt Lake Masonic Temple - 650 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT.
Those wishing to make donations may do so by using the south parking lot, and gaining entrance to the Temple through the south doors facing the south parking lot. Donations will be delivered daily to our friends housed at Camp Williams and elsewhere in Utah by assisting organizations.
